Doesn't this sound like a Mickey Rooney movie.  The camp or school or whatever is about to crash and burn, and Mickey Rooney says, "Hey, I know what!  We can do a show!"  Then they rehearse and sell tickets.....oh, wait, the show is what is already happening in Lansing.  Let's do the real thing: effective rehabilitation services.
