It would ve interesting to have transparency to know why the services were
stopped in the first place, and what contributed to them being resumed,
especially given the funding in the budget.

I certainly would not anticipate, but expect and demand, such information,
from administrators who are so corrupt, and intent on using rehabilitation
funds for purposes other than the funds are appropriated and intended under
law.

Good news but no one has answerred our questions.

Perhaps that little snippet from the BSBP budget denoting that part of her 
salary was paid for by the program did the trick?
