Marcus,

That is excellent!  I love it!  That is what I call DOCUMENTATION
EXCELLENTE!  That is the kind of documentation that is very helpful in an
administrative hearing to get services.  Unfortunately, there is no
effective system or process, or any commitment, past or present, to make
MCB/BS4BP staff accountable for their failure, and even contempt, to serve
the needs of blind individuals.

I kept a record of all of my interactions with the old MCB when my case was 
active. It spans 19 pages in Microsoft Words, and makes interesting reading.
