We now have a description of the exhibit hall. As for Michigan, after
entering the hall, make a left and walk toward the east wall. Once you
reach it, you'll be at the front of that row of tables which goes along
the wall, starting with D1. NFB of Michigan is D12, so a slight way down
the row, past American Printing House and next to Leader Dogs.

Following is the complete hall description from the latest NFB
convention bulletin.

Exhibit Hall Overview
The exhibit hall space, including the NFB Independence Market and free
literature
display, is located in the Convention Center, West Hall Section WA1,
Level 2. The
space is a long rectangle. The entrance at the front of the room is on
the north
wall. Exhibitor tables are located along the west (right) and east
(left) walls
(placing the exhibitors' backs to the walls). The tables along the west
wall are
Row A. The tables along the east wall are Row D. There are two large
squares (actually
rectangles) in the center of the room. These are called Square B and
Square C.
Square B is closest to the north wall and the entrance. Square C is
directly past
Square B and closest to the Independence Market.
The NFB Independence Market is another square set of tables in the south
end of the
room on the west (right) side, and directly down the large aisle that
passes between
the squares and Row A. The free literature display is a square of
tables in the
south end of the room on the east (left) side, and down the aisle
between the squares
of tables and Row D.
Each exhibitor table has large-print and Braille numbers and table IDs
that identify
the exhibitor. Table numbers can be found on both of the front-most
corners of each
table, and the table IDs are located in the front-most center of each
table. The
exhibiting sponsor tables are located towards the front and right side
of the hall.
The NFB information table is the first four tables in Row A. The
restrooms are located
on the north wall. The women's room (RR-W) is in the northeast corner
of the room,
to the left of the entrance doors as you enter. The men's room (RR-M)
is in the
northwest corner, to the right of the entrance doors as you enter.
