I know they have Olympic Women's Wrestling, which is equally barbaric. I
think wrestling can be rescued as an Olympic sport. I got to meet an
Olympian in Don Beam, of East Lansing; he worked with us Raiders in the
1972-73 season. He, along with See Haliczer showed us his Olympic medal.
Do you know any blind Paraolympians, or those participating in the Can/USA
(Flint vs. Hamilton, Ont.) games or similar competitions?
We had the Arborough games which pit Peterborough, Ont. and Ann Arbor; I
hear there's a competition between Alma and Ingersol, Ontario; the Can-Am
games.

Just wondering what the founders of modern wrestling think about the news
that wrestling is being removed as an Olympic sport. (Didn't they add a
women's bpxomg category last time...barbaric.) Lydia
