Cynthia Annette Eagle 

 

Cynthia Annette Eagle Mulliken Age 56, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at
home with her family by her side, following a heroic battle with pancreatic
cancer. Cindi was born October 7, 1956 in Traverse City, to Lyle and
Winifred (Blissett) Ashmore. She attended schools in the Grand Traverse
area, was a 1974 graduate of Kingsley High School and attended Ferris State
College where she met Michael, the love of her life. Cindi's passion was
loving and spending time with her ten beautiful grandchildren. In her free
time she loved working in her garden, crocheting various projects for family
and friends and indulging in her love of reading. She was a gentle soul with
love in her heart, which was appreciated by all who loved and spent time
with her. Cindi was preceded in death by her father, Lyle Levere Ashmore.
Surviving are her adoring husband, Michael; children, Rebecca (Jason)
Eagle-Moore of Mulliken, Jeremiah (Stacey) Eagle, Thaddeus (Carletta) Eagle,
Jacob (Stephanie) Eagle and Melana (Joseph) Burman, all of Grand Ledge, and
Zachariah (Meghan) Eagle of Mulliken; mother, Winifred Ashmore of Traverse
City; sister, Cheryl (Tom) Olds of Kingsley; brothers, Craig (Sally) Ashmore
of Kingsley and Christopher (Terry) Ashmore of Marion; mother-in-law,
Dorothy (Larry) Scott; sisters-in-law, Robin Eagle of Lansing, Dee Ann
(Matthew) Kimball of Centennial, CO and Cheri Eagle of Lansing;
brothers-in-law, Terry Eagle of Lansing and David McCormick of Clarksville,
TN; 10 grandchildren, Jordan, Arielle, Abigail, Chloe, Alaina, Elizabeth,
Hunter, Cora, Zoey and Trevinn; as well as many "adopted" children and
grandchildren. You may visit Cindi on Saturday from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. at
Barker-Leik Funeral Home, M-43, Mulliken. A celebration of her life will be
held 3-5:30 p.m. Saturday at the Mulliken Masonic Hall, Ionia St., Mulliken.
In lieu of flowers, we would prefer plantable flowers/plants or you may
donate to the through Cindi's team, Team Eagle (Grand Ledge ). Published in
