BSBP is extremely out of compliance with the Rehab Act on multiple counts as is my local CIL, The Disability Network.

  My name is Trent Landon and I'm a doctoral student at Michigan State.  My colleague, Michelle Lizotte, asked that I contact you today to discuss your input on the Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment we are gather data for to assist Michigan Rehab Services, Center for Independent Living, and Bureau of Services for Blind Persons.

  Is there an ideal time to call today?  I do have one another phone call scheduled at 1:00, but 10:30 or 11 would be great if those times work for you, or anytime after 1:45.
