[nfbmi-talk] State Voting Syetems

Hello. The Automark is a great system, but it has been discontinued and 
there is now a shortage of replacement parts. So we will need to choose 
something new.
We saw one option at convention though that system frankly needs a lot 
of work to be a viable solution.
