That amount made a light bulb go on for me.  Is that figure an attempt to
recoup the last fiscal year bloated BS4Bp administration increases in
slaries and benefits, or to recoup the funds not accounted for that the
state auditors found missing or misuse, during their BEP audit period?



They believe they are above any law, so why not the criminal statute of
extortion?

Joe could you let this committee know that between the invoices of you, 
Terry and me alone during the period of approximately January 1, 2012 to the

present we have invoices that come close to one million dollars for 
information that mostly should be put up on the web site or made available 
upon demand for no fee in the first place.

One million dollars to three blind individuals who only want the BSBP and
