Edward F. Rodgers II reports to Mike Zimmer, who is Chief Deputy Director of LARA. 

Mike Zimmer reports to Steve Arwook, who is Director of LARA.  His name is not listed anywhere as anything other than Steve, just FYI.  

Steve Arwood serves on the Governor's cabinet.
