     Patti Gregory Chang is going to be on the Thru Our Eyes Program
that Joe Ruffalo hosts tomorrow night. She will speak on the
Scholarship Program for 2014. I am including the announcement below

Patti Gregory-Chang, NFB Scholarship Committee Chair,  will be
appearing on the Thru Our Eyes internet Radio show on 11/20/13 to
discuss our National Scholarship Program which gives away 30
scholarships yearly.  The radio program is set for 8:00 p.m. EST  on
Wed. 11/20/13.  Please encourage those who are considering applying
