BTW Terry and all your case and so many others goes to systemic and chronic 
and pernicious retaliation on several counts.

Retaliation against the blind by Rodgers directly and his minions is the 
rule of the day.

That is precisely why a 1983 action on several counts should be lodged 
against his person especially when it goes to denying constitutionally 
derived civil rights.

On that count we've seen hundreds of violations of the ADA/504 which are 
constitutionally derived civil rights laws alone.
