If you're reading this and it's still Thursday, you may be in luck for 
cheap Washington Seminar plane tickets. There's a fare sale to DC Reagan 
airport on several airlines including Southwest. I just priced a ticket 
leaving Monday Jan. 27 and returning Thursday Jan 30 from Detroit for 
$120 which includes taxes. You likely won't find much lower. Also some 
deals to Baltimore BWI from Flint and Grand Rapids. It's easy to get 
from Baltimore to DC via commuter rail or bus.
If you've booked a ticket on Southwest already, you can get the 
difference refunded as a credit toward future travel.
If you wanted to leave on Sunday to get to the student seminar, prices 
are a bit higher, though still under $200.
