Right on, but moreover when relating to meetings each and everything is not 
a violation of the FOIA, but rather multiple violations of civil rights laws 
(504) and the ADA which are federal civil rights laws. And these violations 
carried out by a state actor are actionable against same under Section 1983 
for knowing, willful and malicious violations of my and others 
constitutionally derived civil rights.
