Precisely. BSBP is supposed to lead other agencies in this state as well as 
others about these basic access to information issues. Yet, it is simply 
more abusive than others I'm suing right now over similar issues.

Incredable.

And the worse thing about this as you alluded to is as bad as Cannon was on 
these issues in practice the new regime is expodentially worse.

Of course that is kind of like albeithyperbolic trying to denote that Hitler 
was worse than Mussolini.
