I am writing you today to request that I and other parties examine the e-mails, text messages and phone calls upon your state issued I-phone in accessible format for all such related to the Tim Hortons issue from the period of October 1, 2012 to the present.

 

Note as an officer of the State of Michigan, and as an attorney at law, and in your official capacity as both you must abide by the document retention policy of this state in these regards, as well as other relevant laws.

 

So, sir don’t delete a thing for that would be both a violation of aforementioned upon notice and in addition pending litigation it would also be “spoliation”.
