  Dear Mr. Harcz:

   

  This notice is in response to your October 16, 2013 email request to Mr. Edward Rodgers, Director of LARA's Bureau of Health Care Services (BHCS) for copies of existing, nonexempt public records/information within LARA/BHCS you describe as: ".I and other parties examine the e-mails, text messages, and phone calls upon your state issued  I-phone in accessible format for all such related to the Tim Hortons issue from the period of October 1, 2012 to the present."

   

  The records/messages on Mr. Edwards state issued I-phone are the same records/messages that would be on his state issued desk top computer. The records/information you request in your October 16, 2013 request, if existing, are included as part of the records/information that you have been already been granted per the attached October 4, 2013 notice responding to your September 5th and two September 27, 2013 requests for records regarding the Tim Horton franchise. 

   

  This request is responded to under the state's Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et seq. Thusly, upon receipt of payment of the $232.98 cost to process your request as invoiced/instructed in LARA's  October 4, 2013 letter, LARA will notify you of any balance due LARA, or owed to you. I f no balance is owed to LARA, all responsive records will be transmitted to you in accessible format. Further, you will be informed of any claimed disclosure exemptions and your statutory remedial rights.
