Yup, and it is worse than even that in that this plan (suppliment) has long 
ago been submitted. Besides the VR Title I regulations were totally ignored, 
let alone the FOIA citations (Bradlee, in re: Duces Secum (sic)....

Oh yes and you are correct for here Zimmer is the signator of the Designated 
Stat Unit to his farce. Is he suggesting here that the DSU and DSA submitted 
anything other than purely factual information?

Man, I feel like I'm living in one of George Orwell's distopias here, or in 
a Kafk like totalitarian state with no exit and certainly no justice.
