    Who is Michigan's ADA coordinator? I just don't get it and I sure in heck don't get who is in charge of compliance.

I'm sorry I thought from the bottom of this memo that you were and are the so called state of Michigan adA  compliance officer. Am I mis-informed about this highgly imopiortantt civil rights position that is to ensure amonst other things the State of Michigan's compliance or lack thereof of this seminal civil rights law.

  I understand you wish to make complaints about State of Michigan facilities which are part of the Department of Technology, Management and Budget.  As you are a member of the public and public complaints are dealt with under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please correspond with DTMB's ADA Coordinator, Joel Hoffman.  ADA Coordinators are those who handle Title II issues.
