Simple question Mr. Rodgers et al who in the heck works currently for BSBP and how does a blind person contact him or her for services as you have not updated your directory for mor than one year and a simple google search shows this:

(By the way many personnell aren't listed here and many have left so consumers, including potential consumers are left in the dark quite literally and you, Mr. Rodgers hasn't updated this or required updating since you assumed your charge either!"
