In reality, Rodgers ought to have two teams of attorneys at his side; one to
spell out the rehabilitation and blind vendor law, and the Open Meetings Act
and Freedom of Information Act, since he just doesn't get it. The second
team would and should a team of practicing criminal law attorneys in both
the federal and state courts, for the misappropriation and misuse of funds
intended by Congress, the legislature, and laws of the state and federal
government, and the cost of the two teams should come out of his own pocket!
Taxpayers should not have to pay for acts of arrogance and stupidity, and
ignorance of the law is not a valid defense!

He mentioned his "law clerk" yesterday.

Now what in the world does a director of a VR agency like BSBP need with a
law clerk?

He is no longer a practicing ALJ and he already has an administrative
assistant and plenty of new bureaucratic hacks beneath him including a new
Deputiy Director and the BADP thing.
