Sounds like a BS4BP committee. Nobody is assigned to it and nothing is done.

Elizabeth,

  We do have a fund raising committtee. It has not been real active, but I 
served on it for years and years and we do have one still.  This committee 
should always be at the top of the llist.  If not, very little  else can and 
would be done.
