  This email is in response to your March 27, 2014, email request for information, received by this office on March 28, 2014, and which a response was sent to you on April 3, 2014, taking an extension to April 16, 2014.  The Bureau of Services for Blind Persons (BSBP) is processing this request under the state's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq.

  You have requested information that you describe as per your email (which is attached).

  "I am writing you today to receive an accurate and up-to-date office and staff directory."

  Please be advised that this information is available on our website at www.michigan.gov/bsbp, Resources.  This availability constitutes a granting of your request for information per the FOIA, MCL 15.235, Section 5(2)(a).   Please be advised that this office/staff directory is updated on a quarterly basis.  It was last updated on January 8, 2014, and staff are currently in the process of the quarterly update.
