Use of the state directory, google, or any other resource MIGHT be helpful,
IF a state employee name is KNOWN by the person searching. The main problem
is the state, and especially this current administration IS NOT TRANSPARENT
with information the public should have readily available from OUR
governmental officials.

2. IF OUR governmental officials simply followed the laws WE have put in
place, WE would NOT have to ask, plead, beg, and PAY for information the
LAWS REQUIRE, that is MANDATE, governmental officials MUST make routinely
available!

3. IF AGENCY EMPLOYEES spent as much time simply making information
available to the public, as AGENCY EMPLOYEES spend time calculating the cost
to the PUBLIC to get INFORMATION, the AGENCY would NOT receive time
consuming requests for information. SOLUTION: JUST COMPLY WITH LAWS,
instead of looking for law compliance avoidance.

4. The state has NO interest in FIRING those AGENCY EMPLOYEES who deserve
to be FIRED for cause of CORRUPTION, MISUSE OF DESIGNATED PUBLIC FUNDS,
MISMANAGEMENT, DISCRIMINATION, NEPOTISM. After all, they must proect their
family, friends, and lovers they have hiried over more qualified applicants!
Even audits and federal government monitorings, with documented corruption,
mismanagement, waste and abuse of public funds, and failure to comply with
laws, CANNOT AND WILL NOT get the CORRUPT FRIENDS, FAMILY MEMBERS, AND
LOVERS FIRED! The ONLY AGENCY EMPLOYEES EVER DISCIPLINED AND FIRED ARE
THOSE WHO HAVE INTEGRITY, ATTEMPT TO SPEAK OUT ABOUT THE CORRUPTION,
DISCRIMINATION, AND COMPLY WITH LAWS AND PUBLIC POLICY!

This ADMINISTRATION is NOT INTERESTED IN PUBLIC OVERSIGHT THROUGH BOARD AND
COMMISSIONS MADE UP OF SMART, INQUIRING CITIZENS. THIS ADMINISTRATION IS
SOLELY INTEREST IN UNNON-FORMED PUPPET ADVISORY COMMITTEES, BOARD, AND
COMMISSIONS! TRANSPARENCY AND DEMOCRACY IS NOT PART OF THIS ADMINISTRATION
AND LEGISLATURE! TRANSPARACY AND DEMOCRACY WOULD REVEAL THE CORRUPT
GOVERNMENT SYSTEM OF HIRING AND PROTECTION OF FRIENDS, FAMILY, LOVERS, AND
POLITICAL PAYOFFS IN PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT!

There is one, second you should google, third ask kindly and maybe some will
give, four not evening I'd BSPB . Your find to have to look up the name,
there is a phone number and use the state staff directly like everyone was.
The websites are manger the MI Dep of technology and bought, however they are
limited with options given. I've spoken to someone about this, they cannot
change stuff it goes through long process. If you had job this called chain
of command and requires paperwork because if in policy it has to be followed
or people get fixed for state gov: it three write ups, hr and no job. I know
someone In government and teaching me these things now do I keep job,
polices are not same every ware.

Next, you need to understand why plain emails are not always linked on
websites.

Sate of Michigan Staff Directory

Do not me either of pages cannot used by screen reader, I know these work
fine! System access, NVDA, JAWS, and if those work, MAC and Window Eyes do
too.

1. Spam, the state has many email addresses. They have filtering, but
cleaning up junk mail twines time. Time means money and staff, More
effective to not spend time on something that can be prevented,

2. Here is link the webpage;
3. If I give this, I ask the following:
A. That you understand an before blaming a department.
B. that do not send FOIA requests until you ask for looking for on list, in
private and you attempt yourself to research.
C. Understand that everyone is human, when write, ask kindly and be aware
that are taking time to reply to you, respect it. The more time you take,
the ruder you are, the less willing they will bs help you. Understand its
employee to mange their time. Wait for reply They have other emails
besides toys to read, understand maybe maybe away form office, in meetings
or with family.

I agree to answer some of your questions, but I have to mange my time and if
do any of things listed above to list at my judgment, I may stop answering
you. Do not email me all day busy life, if ask to ask more direct question,
then ask looked stuff I will answer questions when I can, but ember to
respect me as well or you can find someone else to help learn this.

Remember It's not do much about skills, bur if do not respect others: the
will no way learn these skills, I did not learn overnight, I learned to say
thank you, I know and have background in the goal, try to keep learning
really you can all the smarts. If you do not try to learn, be grateful and
respect what have I have is information to nothing with. This is meant say I
have been shorn to, we are human; we want respect then we show to others. We
all onde wand love as ell, trust me. I want to something with the a mind,
find a nonprofit that have hart in mission, something that means something
to tryout instead of writing FOiA maybe consider educating in wring, this be
used in many ways, seems like facts. Write a research paper, informal about
topics pick or find to must meaning or join a group that forces on that
area, spend time others who know then and start to make change outside a
mainframe list. I end to also do tech related stuff, bur learning form
others then allis you get know people, build connects, apply to hope network
with it do something!

Shoot BSBP can't even get a staff directory out without a FOIA. They need to
be sued on multiple counts for multiple violations of our individual and
collective civil rights.
