Dear Michigan Federationists:

     At the Board Meeting last Thursday evening a question was raised
about the appropriate methods for amending Minutes. A Board Member can
ask for changes to be made to the Minutes at the next Board Meeting
when the Secretary presents the Secretary's Report. This is the proper
way to amend Minutes. If you would like a change made in the Minutes,
approach a Board member with the change. It is up to the Board to
decide whether changes need to be made in the Minutes or whether the
Minutes can be approved as presented.
