Dear Mr. Rodgers,

 

In calling the BSBP Business Enterprise Program “Bidline” it is noted that “due to a database anomaly there temporarily will be no locations on the bidline”. Now, I remind you sir that you are in charge of millions of federal and state tax payers funds and that you, nor your agents have adequately addressed in more than two years now all of the accounting and other issues found in the Michigan Auditor General’s report of November 2012. In fact as this illustrates things have gotten much worse under your regime.

 

Now, simply when are you going to fix these things?
