Job DescriptionBenefitsSupplemental Questions
The student will assist Business Enterprise Program (BEP) staff with a 
variety of regularly assigned and ad hoc projects related to the operation 
of food facilities under the auspices of the Randolph-Sheppard Act and 
Michigan Public Act 260.Specifically, this includes:
.Research and analysis of routine legal issues related to the Program;
.Research relevant statues, ruling and precedents to be used by staff in 
promulgating rules and representing the agency at reviews and hearings;
.Assist in the collection and development of documentation for routine cases

and hearings;
.Log and track mandated documentation submitted by licensees;
.Assist in food service operational activities at various B S B P 
locations.In addition, the student assistant will assist with other tasks 
needed to meet the goals of the BEP Program.

Required Education and Experience:
Education
Current enrollment in high school, vocational or technical school, or 
post-secondary educational institution.
Experience
No specific type or amount is required.

Additional Requirements and Information:
The student must provide evidence of enrollment or acceptance to an 
educational institution.
