Points well taken Dave. I'm of the opinion, bolsterred by facts that these
folks looked at the federal funds in the BSBP budget and decided to simply
loot them. And when they are gone they will say, "Oh well. No more money.
Now feds come and get it back if you can."
As we can see in the so-called consumer satisfaction survey they use very
little in actual rehabilitation of blind persons.
Regardless you are correct in this administration is renegade and rogue and
needs to be voted out.
I'm not sanguine about replacements, but what else is to be done?
