Committ a crime; get better service of accessibility and accommodation than
making application and request to governmental agencies.

Perhaps those who steal rehabilitation funds from persons with disablities
will have it better while doing time, than those persons with disablities in
program access and accommodations, to whom they were to be provided by the
thieves of services.
