Hi Dave,

If you are interested in writing a letter, then I would say go ahead and 
write the letter. If you want some guidance on it, perhaps you could write 
it and then send it to either Anil or Rose for their feedback.

in my last conversation with Anil, it seemed as though he was waiting for us 
to step up to the plate. So if both sides are waiting for the other to take 
some kind of action, then I suppose it may be a while before someone takes 
the first step.

As J.J. mentioned, the legislative assistant mentioned he would like to 
receive more data and information regarding this issue. However, he never 
specifically indicated what kind of information he was hoping to receive, so 
perhaps this opens the door for some kind of dialog with Walberg's office.
