Anyone schocked by such news?  And why should  she not, as we are used by
now of Rodgers filling his neighborhood vacant spots with sighted persons,
while red-lining blind qualified persons.  Also, why wouldn't Heibeck
return, now she shall not have to work and produce any meaningful outcomes,
as she likely had to do at UIA.

Lisa Kisial just announced at the BSBP meeting Heibeck has been hired at the
Training Center. Also Faith Meadows has left.
