The post and deadline date may be amusing, however, I am certain it is by
desgn.  As with all BS4BP vacant positions, it is simply a legal formality,
as positions are rarely given to qualified blind persons, and are regularly
filled by sighted persons, usually family and friends of BS4BP employees or
other agencies, or those with a close intimate relationship.  After all,
BS4BP would not want a blind person in a position, who knows more about
blindness, rehabilitation, business, or public administration  , than the
supervisor or administrator.  It sort of reminds me of the game of are you
smarter than a fifth grader, just in reverse.  The family and friend game
goes on.  Remember the AMWAY family and friends business concept.  That is
how civil service in Michigan operates.
