Dear Michigan Federationists:

     Thank you for your interest in what occurred at Washington Seminar. There were five delegates from Michigan. It was a 
successful seminar. Mr. Fred Upton is going to sign on to our Fair Wage Bill. Mr. Bentivolio is going to sign on to our Teach Bill. 
I am sure the others who attended will add on if they feel I have lef out any pertinent details.
