Responsive because MSRC is not the corrupt agency that BS4BP is, which must
hide its illegal theft from the blind, in order to preserve their family,
friends, and lovers at the Rebilitation ATM, as they serve ineligible
sighted persons, as blind persons remain unserved, under-employed, and
unemployed.

Did you know---the entire BS4 BP, except one exiled blind secretary are in
Mount Pleasant this week, likely gambling away more Rehabilitation funds
intended for services for blind persons. I believe the conference theme is
Gambling on the Lives of Blind Persons and Supporting Our Family Sighted
Friends and Lovers at The Rehab ATM!

  Dear Marlene,

Could you please send me the recording of the attached meeting?

The public comments made by Ms. Hazell Brooks and the responses,
inappropriate as they were of Mr. Ed Rodgers to her comments, those of Mike
Powell and me are absent from these minutes.

  Thanks.
