The fact is that some sighted student family member of a Bureau or LARA
family member employee is going to be happy with a paycheck in the hip
pocket every two week soon.  Civil Service nepotism and cronnieism is very
alive and well.  The Bureau's track record speaks for itself with rregard to
whom is hired, and sadly, it is not blind students who are hired at the
Bureau!
