I’ve requested on several occasions accessible and timely delivery of BSBP’s RSA 113 Quarterly Caseload Reports but have yet to receive them. Thus I reiterate this request once again. To wit:

 

Please remit all RSA 113 since you assumed the Directorship of BSBP as either Word attachments and/or plain text enclosures to my e-mail address listed above.

 

By the way have you or your agents ever supplied these to the Michigan Council of Rehabilitation Services or the BSBP Commissioners?
