    Dear Dave, Joe, and Joe:

     I commend you and respect you for having the courage to stand up and make public comment in this situation. The fact that you 
were essentially ignored by this council is frustrating to me. The fact that they approved the 2015 state plan is also frustrating. 
I commend you once again for going to this meeting and presenting the truth, even though you knew it would be less than warmly 
received.
