Colleagues,

I ask the Governor's office for the required conflict of interest statements for members appointed to the Michigan Council for Rehabilitation Services (our SRC) and to the Statewide Independent Living Council.

You can see in the response as well as mine that this is some sort of "state secret".

Dear Sir,

These are public officials appointed to public offices in public capacity.

Thus whether or not there are inherent conflicts of interests is of concern to the public.

Frankly, I thought the Snyder Administration was touted as being open, transparent and accountable.
