Dear Michigan Federationists:

     President Larry Posont has asked me to send you the following announcement. The Board of the National Federation of the Blind 
of Michigan has allocated $3000 to be split among members who need a little assistance to attend National Convention. Last year, 
debit cards for $250 were given at the caucus at National Convention. If twelve people ask for assistance, then each will receive 
$250. If more ask for assistance, then the amount distributed to each person will go down. Again, debit cards will be distributed at 
the Michigan caucus at National Convention. In order to receive assistance you must register for Convention, attend the banquet, and 
work a shift at the Exhibit table. All individuals needing assistance must apply to Larry Posont by May 1. He will let you know if
