Dear Federationists,

   I am in contact with a person losing vision because of diabetes and he would like more information on issues such as the administration of insulin independently.  He is also wondering if anyone knows about any blind golf league.  I know at one time a Blind Golfers Association was around, but have not heard much about it recently.  
   I know we have a Diabetic division, but not sure of the contacts for it.  Any information would be helpful.
