This is to notify you all that there will be legal action for systemic and chronic and pernatious violations of the ADA/504 by Michigan Protection and Advocacy Services, Inc.

No one handles complaints. No one follows the very laws they are funded to enforce. Those things have been documented in the public record and in righting over more than a decade now.

There is no accounting for funding and how those funds are used. There is documented lack of systemic compliance to even your publicly funded activities; to those of those you are supposed to sue and otherwise monitor; and it is all quite documentably foolish.

In additions and in demonstrable fashion your agency is in recipt of federal funds and does not account for documented violations of 504/ADA which are in the public domain in its reports to RSA which are in violation of the "False Statements Act" and in stark violation of Quai Tam provisions of federal contract compliance measures.

Moreover, your agency (MPAS) is in demonstrable violations of several federal and even state conflict of interest laws and does not submit upon request let alone pro forma required conflict of interest policies and so forth.
