The ADA National Network is pleased to announce the May 20th ADA Audio Conference Series Session which will feature  Eugenia Esch and William (Billy) Lynch, Trial Attorneys, U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section.   They will address the issue of “Electronic Information & Digital Access:  Update on Compliance and Enforcement Activities”.  

 

Technology offers many benefits to people with disabilities but at the same time can present barriers if not executed properly. Join this session as we explore some of the areas where enforcement efforts are impacting the private sector and influencing how accessibility is incorporated into the design and implementation of their products. Representatives from the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division will discuss efforts to address the accessibility of web based information as well as products such as e-readers.
