Dear Michigan Federationists:

     The Board of Directors of the National Federation of the Blind of
Michigan moved to pay for one male room and one female room January
26-28 at Washington Seminar. They also allocated $1,000 to be split
between Washington Seminar participants for expenses. If you want to
attend Washington Seminar send an email to J.J. Meddaugh
