Interesting, because they did exist during the 1980s.  Where is Mary Lou
Phillips, former state secretary, when she is needed?  Oh yes, she has been
taken home to be with our Lord, after an earthly life well lived serving our
Lord's people.

Hello Mark.
If the NFB of Michigan has By Laws I have never seen them.
I have heard that a few chapters in other states have them but I have never
run across any in the Detroit chapter or  other chapters I have been
involved with.  Nor have I seen any models or suggested guidelines for them
in our literature.
