"o A master Memorandum of Understanding has been developed and signed by the BSBP Bureau Director and DN/M CEO."
As an advocate for people who are blind I am officially writing you today to send me a copy of this "master memorandum of understanding" between BSBP and DNM in accessible format and a timely manner pursuant to known obligations under both the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended.
To wit: please send me requested document as either a screen reader friendly Word document and/or a plain text enclosure to my e-mail address listed above.
