Supplemental Questions

This position provides support and assistance to the Motor Carrier Division. Functions include providing assistance with maintenance of various document
retention systems, obtaining document copies, organizing multiple document packages and preparing for mailing, assisting in the processing of credential
renewals. This position will also assist the Division Executive Secretary in answering the incoming telephone calls and directing them to appropriate staff.
