In Michigan especially federally funded state agencies including those 
perportedly serving PWD aren't fully accessable everyday let alone during 
emergencies.

By the way raised character and Braille signage alone, and accessable 
information are emergency requirements which is most logical, but not in 
Michigan for sure. We don't even get to know permanent rooms let alone 
evacuation procedures, etc.
