Dear Mr. Zimmer,

 

I am writing you today for the Fiscal Year 2014 Expenditure report for the Michigan Bureau of Services to Blind Persons. Last year you sent it to my state Representative, Pam Faris free of charge with no muss or no fuss and no FOIA obfuscations (unlike BSBP Director Rodgers). So in the interest of transparency I expect the same. You may simply send me the Excell Spreadsheet to my e-mail address listed just as you sent it to Rep. Faris last year on October 26, 2013.

 

I thank you in advance for your prompt response without the overt discrimination I receive from the Bureau of Services to blind Persons itself.
