Dear Nadia,

   Positive steps are important. To bad we are not doing more, but we do 
what we can.  The state agencies are to help us, but they are not and it is 
because of people like C. Zanger that they are not.  Hopefully you can help 
us to do more and to bring positive results to a very negative and damaged 
service delievery system here in Michigan.
