Dear Michigan Federationists:

     I have seen requests to begin the Quarterly Board Meeting at an
earlier time. We will begin at 10:00 and work until 12:00 when we will
break for chili. We will commence at 1:15 and work until at least 3:00
or 4:00 if necessary.
